Privacy Policy for Play Store
SuperBarrio - PROBONO is an App owned by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (https://iaac.net/).
It has been developed to empower Las Tablas (Madrid) communities’ co-creation capacity in the Madrid Nuevo Norte urban development project, also part of PROBONO European Project.
In this context, SuperBarrio - PROBONO is an App that empowers citizens of all ages to engage in the design and reactivation of urban spaces. With its dynamic and user-friendly interface, participation in the design process is playful and engaging. The tool provides a catalogue of design solutions, developed by IAAC, based on the principles of the New European Bauhaus initiative, Safe, Sustainable and Accessible mobilities and NAture Based Solutions. The users can choose which solution they find the most suitable for the urban space and drag them into the 3D representation of the area.

SuperBarrio - PROBONO App is free to use.
The information collected via the user-guest login questionnaire and the evaluation questionnaire are completely anonymous, as no personal information (such as name, surname, email address) is needed nor asked to play the App. Therefore, no personal data is gathered.
SuperBarrio - PROBONO App does not use or store the IP address of the device in which it has been downloaded.
To analyse App performances and functionality, SuperBarrio - PROBONO App gathers the number of times the App is played and the duration of each play. Please note that this process is also anonymous as it is not related to any personal data.
As for the use and processing of data, it is worth noting that SuperBarrio - PROBONO App does not use third parties to collect, process or store the anonymized collected data mentioned above.
The data collected mentioned above (anonymized questionnaires and the app performances) will be used only for the purpose of the Elaborator research project.
According to the minimization principle set in the GDPR, the data collected by SuperBarrio - PROBONO App will be stored no longer than what is necessary to achieve the purpose of the PROBONO research project. The maximum storage time determined by the PROBONO project is 10 years.
